Magister Jamilette G. Guerrero V., UEP Penonomé II, SA, General Manager, a subsidiary of InterEnergy Holdings, led the development of the construction and installation of 215MW of wind energy in the Laudato Si’ Wind Farm, with an investment of More than US $ 436 million in Panama’s electricity sector. Mrs. Guerrero has more than 14 years of experience in the electrical sector, she started her professional career in the Electric Transmission Company, S.A. (ETESA), holding different positions as Project Director, Executive Director of Transmission, among others, managing a portfolio of investment projects of more than US $ 285 million. Later, she was in charge of the administration of Concepción, Las Perlas Norte and Perlas Sur hydro plants as Operational Director and Financial Management of Istmus Hydro Power Corp., a subsidiary of Hidrotenencias, S.A. Magister Guerrero, graduated from the Technological University of Panama as an Industrial Engineer, holds a Postgraduate in Management and a Masters in Business Administration with emphasis in Banking and Finance from the Universidad Latina de Panamá; In addition to an intensive postgraduate course at the Institute of Electrical Energy of the National University of San Juan and at the INCAE Business School, a Sustainability Management Program focused on renewable energies.
